FBCCI President Sheikh Fazle Fahim paid the newly appointed Bangladesh Ambassador to Kuwait Major General Md Ashikuzzaman a courtesy visit. Fahim congratulated the new ambassador on his ascension to the new responsibility during the meet. A memorandum, on behalf of FBCCI, was handed over to Ashikuzzaman on Sunday. During the occasion, the FBCCI president emphasized on expanding bilateral trade and investment between Bangladesh and Kuwait. The ambassador said he would continue to work closely on bilateral, regional, global and trade issues of Bangladesh-Kuwait common interest. FBCCI Director Md Munir Hossain and Additional Secretary Md Mamunur Rahman along with senior officials of the organisation were also present during the handing over of the memorandum.
