Inaugural Ceremony of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) FBCCI Centre, organized by the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry, held on 8 April 2021.H. E. Anisul Huq, MP, Hon’ble Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh graced the occasion as Chief Guest and inaugurates the SCBA FBCCI Centre.He said that, FBCCI’s goodwill gesture of corporate law reference book volumes of 700 and facilities to update SCBA would present new avenues to the lawyers of Bangladesh. This would promote the rule of law, foster nation-building, national integration and cooperation. He advised pioneer lawyers not to hold back from utilizing opportunities and learning in the process with the immense resources that they had been gifted with. He also added that the SCBA FBCCI center would contribute to the enrichment of the Bar and the Judiciary in Bangladesh. H. E. AM Amin Uddin, Hon’ble Attorney General of Bangladesh and President, Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) addressed the ceremony as the special guest. FBCCI President said the inauguration of SCBA FBCCI Centre would be helpful for greater engagement in ease of doing business and arbitration would be resolved within reasonable time and minimum cost. Md. Muntakim Ashraf, Senior Vice President, FBCCI gave closing remarks at the ceremony.
