Mr. Mostofa Azad Chowdhury Babu, Senior Vice-President of FBCCI as a special guest attended the Review Meeting on the “Progress of the Private Sector Initiatives to Meet the Challenges of the 4IR” held on Tuesday (January 4, 2022) at Cabinet Division, Bangladesh Secretariat.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Mostofa Azad Chowdhury Babu said that, to tackle the challenges and catch the potential of 4IR, halves of the schools and colleges should be converted into technical and vocational institutions. The Senior Vice President informed the audience that FBCCI is going to form an Innovation Center and to train up people from various sectors to prepare to cope up with 4IR. Establishing this Innovation Center requires Govt. financial assistance, He added.
Mr. Mostofa Azad Chowdhury Babu urged the Government to take initiatives in light of the discussion at the meeting attended by representatives from the private sector.
Mr. Khandaker Anwarul Islam, Hon’ble Senior Secretary, Cabinet Division, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh presided over the meeting.
