Newly appointed Trade Commissioner and Director of Trade Promotion Office of the Italian Embassy paid a courtesy call on FBCCI President

Newly appointed Trade Commissioner and Director of Trade Promotion Office of the Italian Embassy Mr. Alessandro Liberatori along with Deputy Head of Mission Mr. Mattia Ventura, PhD paid a courtesy call on FBCCI President Mr. Md. Jashim Uddin on October 19, 2022 at FBCCI.

During the meeting, they conveyed keen interest of Italy Government in bolstering bilateral trade ties and plan of expanding Italian business in Bangladesh.

FBCCI President Md. Jashim Uddin urged them to bring more investment in Bangladesh set up factory which will enable them with duty free market access to India and China in addition to huge local market.

Amongst others, FBCCI Senior Vice President Mostofa Azad Chowdhury Babu, Vice-President Md. Amin Helaly, and Secretary General Mohammad Mahfuzul Hoque were also present at the meeting.
