The General Affairs Division (GAD) is one of the most important wings of FBCCI Secretariat, which is mainly responsible for administrative works. The GAD is accountable both for general administration and personnel affairs.

Major activities under the general administration are to ensure necessary logistic support for arrangement of meetings/ seminars/ workshops or any other events, procurement & store/ inventory, transport, reception and dispatch, maintenance and security of building/ estates, etc.

Recruitment, work distribution, evaluation of performance, maintenance of records of officers and staff, ensure working environment, arrangement of orientation/ in house capacity building programs are the major personnel related functions of the Division.  

Arrangement of Board meeting and execution of the decisions of the Board are also the part of the activities of the General Affairs Division.
