Mr. Paul G. Frost, Commercial Counselor at the US Embassy in Dhaka, met Mr. Md. Hafizur Rahman, Administrator of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI), on August 19, 2025, at the FBCCI office in Motijheel, Dhaka.

Strengthening bilateral trade relations and fostering cooperation between Bangladesh and the United States were the key priorities discussed during the meeting.

Secretary General of the FBCCI Mr. Md. Alamgir, Head of International Affairs Wing of the FBCCI Mr. Md. Zafar Iqbal, ndc, Head of the FBCCI Safety Council Brig. Gen. (Retd.) Abu Nayeem Md. Shahidullah, and the Commercial Specialist at the U.S. Embassy in Dhaka Mr. Abir Barua, among others, were present at the meeting.
